The New York Times has described Ambrose Akinmusire’s music as existing in “the realm of poignant possibility & artful implication, & not a small amount of beauty.” The trumpeter has announced an European & U.S. tour dates for February & March including his first-ever headline appearances at the famed Village Vanguard in NYC February 23-28.
